My Background

I come from a family of artists.  I have been creating art for so long that I can’t remember a time when I didn’t create art.

I am also a literature major and a former high school English teacher.  Being a teacher was a fun job, and I really enjoyed working with students, but I got tired of spending all of my nights and weekends grading essays when what I really wanted to do was create art!

I also love learning about how the brain processes everything we see and hear!  In fact, I love it so much that I ended up earning a Master of Education degree in Innovative Learning.  This knowledge has come in very handy when it comes to working in graphic design and UX/UI design.
